How’d you start in this industry?

“My journey began from a lifelong passion for building and functional design. It’s now been 13 years and counting!

I began this journey with a home staging business that I grew into a contracting company with my husband. From there, I worked as a production and project manager with larger design + build firms, which deepened my construction knowledge. I love the actual work, but what keeps me here is the profound satisfaction of guiding clients through the design and remodeling process, turning their vision into a living space they love.”

What’s your role at Moxie Collaborative?

“As the Director of Production, I oversee the entire construction side of our projects. My involvement begins early on in the estimating process to help set every project up for success from the start. Once we break ground, I manage all the moving parts—coordinating our skilled crews and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and overseeing budgets.

While the logistics of any project are critical, our entire team loves to deliver both exceptional craftsmanship and a positive client experience. Remodeling can be overwhelming and I prioritize bridging the gap between our team in the field and you, our client, with clear, transparent communication. For me, it’s about delivering not only a beautiful end result, but also a positive journey to get there.”

What’s life like outside of work?

“I love spending time with my husband, our three kids, and our two lovable pitties. We’re always on the hunt for our next adventure. We’ll relax at the beach, discover new foods, or browse for treasures at local farmers markets, record shops, and vintage stores. We’re also pretty competitive and have been known to kill it with the daily games of the New York Times! As a mystery junkie, if you recommend a weird, twisty podcast, book, or show that keeps me guessing, I’m all in!”
